Yes. We provide a ‘turnkey’ service. This means we manage everything: from site clearance and procurement of materials to coordinating subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.) and ensuring the final finish meets our high standards.
Our founder, Damien McVey, has a background in Mechanical Engineering and Carpentry. This combination of technical theory and hands-on skill means we oversee every structural and aesthetic detail personally. We also only take on a limited number of projects at a time to ensure your build gets our undivided attention.

Defective Concrete Rebuilds
The first step is ensuring you are registered on the online portal. Once you have your start date planned, we help you prepare. We recommend contacting us as early as possible so we can align our schedule with your grant approval timeline.
The process is comprehensive. We "strip back" the house, removing all salvageable items like kitchens, bathrooms, doors, and floors. The structure is then demolished down to the foundations. From there, we begin a complete new build on the existing site, adhering to all modern building regulations and insulation standards.
While the grant is a significant help, homeowners often find they need to supplement it to cover modern upgrades or specific finishes. We work closely with you to provide a transparent, competitive quote so you can budget accurately for any additional costs or mortgage requirements.

Timelines vary based on the complexity of the design and weather conditions in the North West. However, a standard new build typically takes between 12 to 15 months. During our initial consultation, we provide a detailed project timeline.
